There are dozens of free workouts in Austin with opportunities for people at all fitness levels to stay in shape. If you are looking to try out a new gym or fitness studio, many offer your first class free or a at a discounted rate.  You can even try multiple studios with ClassPass or Fresh Friday Austin.  This list is a great way to help you to find a new fitness class or to meet new people.

Full Moon Yoga features gentle hatha yoga, a 20-minute meditation and a chance to watch the sunset and moonrise during the evening of the monthly full moon. Check online for the schedule.
