I was impressed with both the cleanliness of the studio as well as the way I was greeted when walking through the door.  I’ve definitely been to a few barre studios before and they can feel a bit overwhelming or cliquey at times but both the instructor and front desk were really sweet and welcoming!

How does this workout differ from other Barre studios?  They incorporate a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, and Barre into each workout.  This helps to strengthen your muscles while also taking those necessary breaks in order to recover and keep pushing through more exercises.

Overall I had a really great experience with them and it was a good workout! My butt is still sore from all the different glute exercises she had us do!
