The Workout:

40S ON/20S OFF Each Exercise
4X Each Exercise
Complete 2 Rounds Total
Resting 30-60S between Rounds

1: Commando + Hinge

2: Shoulder to Knee Tap

3: Prone to Alt Double Pull Down

4: Push Up to Side Plank Knee Tuck

In total takes about 30 minutes (not including the warmup!)
