Summer is near and that means getting that booty in check! This year, I’m collaborating with fellow Austin blogger Sakeenah Aleem over at MyBrownSparkelz. We’re calling it our “Fit Body Reboot” and for good reason. Over the course of the next 4 weeks (April 17 – May 14), we’ll be focusing on a different aspect of healthy living. Whether its healthy eats or sweat inducing workouts, we’ll give you the 411 on our tips and tricks to live the healthy lifestyle.
Here’s the breakdown on our Fit Body Reboot:
Week 1: We’ll be focusing on our healthy eats to keep your body fueled and on track to that itty bitty bikini 😉
Week 2: What are some of our favorite workouts? Find out and follow along for our go-to studios and quick workout tips for those days you have to make it quick!
Week 3: Alright, we’ve done the hard stuff, now it’s time to recover! Our bodies are drained and lets face it, our taste buds are craving french fries. So to keep y’all going, we’re featuring some of our favorite recovery activities!
Week 4: Look good, feel good. Featuring our favorite workout gear to show off all that hard work!
What we hope to carry out in these 4 weeks is not something you read on a scale, but help motivate and change the way you feel! It’s going to be one hell of a month and Sakeenah and I are STOKED to be your #realgirl guides!
