Try this AOMA Beginners Yoga class. The classes for beginners teach the foundations & basics of yoga. These practices remove impurities, tensions, toxins & imbalances. They help you develop strength & balance, flexibility and can be used for yoga therapy.
Hatha Yoga – for purification, for the balance of physical & mental energies, & the restoration of energy
Raja Yoga – for the mind: to improve focus & memory, increase concentration & to release equanimity. This class is for those new to yoga who have missed the basics of yoga, or for those with health issues or restricted movement.
