What: Proga is an entirely new way to do yoga, combining traditional Vinyasa style yoga with suspended band training.
This class will incorporate static poses, balancing poses and inversions while focusing on strengthening the core and stretching and lengthening the muscles. It’s a challenging workout and a lot of fun! All levels welcome! Sign up is required as space is limited.
First class is free, then $10 class (Sunday’s at noon)
